It started with a mat.

Not a yoga mat. A heated amethyst mat — the kind you lie down on and feel warmth slowly move through you in a way that's hard to explain but impossible to ignore.

Our founder had been carrying what so many of us carry: the low hum of burnout, a body that never quite felt rested, a nervous system that had been running on high alert for so long it had forgotten what stillness felt like. She had tried the obvious things. The supplements, the apps, the routines. Some of them helped. None of them reached the thing underneath.

Then she lay down on heated amethyst stones for the first time.

Something shifted. Not dramatically — not all at once — but enough to notice. A settling. A warmth that seemed to travel past the skin and into something deeper. She slept differently that night. Woke differently the next morning.

That experience opened a door. She began researching what was actually happening — the infrared heat, the mineral conductivity, the ways the body responds to frequency and warmth that modern science is only beginning to fully understand. And the more she explored, the more she found: ancient practices that had survived thousands of years not by accident, but because they work. A Note from Nyssa

My name is Nyssa Aravelle, and I want to be honest with you about why I built this.

For years, something was wrong with me and nobody could tell me what. I went to doctors. I went to more doctors. I described the fatigue that sat on me like a weight I couldn't put down, the way my body felt like it was working against me, the symptoms that came and went and came back again with no clear reason. I was told I was fine. I was told to try therapy. I was handed pamphlets and referrals and sent home.

I was not fine.

Over time, quietly and then all at once, my life got smaller. I couldn't hold down a job. I stopped going places. I spent a lot of time inside — not by choice, but because leaving took more than I had. The depression that came with the chronic fatigue wasn't separate from it; it was the same thing, wearing a different face. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't making it up. I was someone whose body had been asking for help for a very long time and not getting any.

The amethyst mat didn't fix everything in one night. But it was the first thing in years that made me feel like my body was on my side. And that small shift — that single experience of something actually working — opened a door I've been walking through ever since.

We believe your body is not broken.
