Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something arrives and it is not right, please reach out and we will make it right — no runaround.
Because our products are sourced from specialized wellness and lifestyle partners around the world, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are in non-original condition. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at golden.earth.alchemy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, your order will have already been processed and sent to fulfillment, and we may not be able to intercept it.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products ship from wellness and lifestyle suppliers located across the US and internationally. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the product and your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
International shipping may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Processing
Once a return or refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
